- Lead and develop the Training & Development team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial position
- Previous experience within automotive dealerships, distributors, or multi site organizations highly preferred
- Strong experience in training strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and competency frameworks
- Experience with LMS platforms and modern learning technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred
