About the Role
The employer is seeking a Visual Commercial specialist to manage merchandising, visual displays, and product levels in a retail store. The role involves promoting new lines, analyzing sales data, and ensuring high customer service standards.

Responsibilities
- In charge of merchandising the store in accordance with company/brand guidelines.
- Promote new lines effectively.
- Support the commercial manager to identify and action creative/visual ideas for the store with appropriate use of in store props and mannequins.
- Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on company’s activity.
- Plan the commercial and visual activity of the store daily/weekly/seasonally and analyze daily information and take necessary actions.
- Work alongside the operational team to ensure best RFID practice is always in place.
- Control product levels in the store and communicate with senior management any product needs; manage all procedures related to product (consigna, orders, RFID reports).
- Provide high level of customer service within the store and follow customer service action plans.
- Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of new arrivals, replenishment of best sellers, and offering alternatives.
- Resolve customer queries and refer to senior management when necessary.
- Participate in training and development of commercial colleagues and support new starters training.
- Ensure good housekeeping and communicate with senior management in case of accidents.

- Support customer service with product, knowledge and awareness of the following: New arrivals, Replenishment of best sellers, Offering alternatives.
- Resolve customer queries as they arise and refer to senior management when necessary.
- Participate in the training and development of commercial colleagues and work alongside the management to support the new starters training.
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and communicate with the senior management team in case an accident happens.
