Requirements

- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in facilities management or hospitality industry
- Hands on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities
- Solid problem solving skills
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Valid UAE driver's license desirable but not preferred

Job Summary / Purpose
- The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that the site assigned is clean and to the satisfaction of the customer by efficiently and effectively managing the entire team to achieve the desired goal within the defined policies and procedures.

- Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and client complaints.
Qualification
- Diploma in hospitality or any related field.
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written. Knowledge of Arabic and other languages desirable.
- Must possess a valid UAE driver's license desirable but not preferred.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability
- Must have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
- Solid problem solving skills.
- Able to manage multitask work in a strong paced environment.
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
- Willingness to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines.
Experience
- Hands on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a facilities management or hospitality industry
