Job Purpose

  • To provide administrative and customer support, manning the reception counter and other duties according to defined standards and policies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Customer Service Management: Meet and greet clients and visitors. Attend to customer calls and respond to emails. Assign leads. Responsible for Agent agreements and commissions. Support renewal of agreements.
  • Information Security Risk (ISR) Compliances: Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information.
  • Policies and procedures: Follow all relevant departmental policies and procedures.
  • QHSSE: Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Ad hoc requests: Perform additional duties as requested.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Administrative Know how
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reports preparation

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent, or Undergraduate with adequate experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role for similar industry
