Virtualization Infrastructure Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced
Virtualization Infrastructure Architect
with 13+ years of expertise in enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in mission-critical settings and can lead large-scale migration and virtualization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage
- VMware virtualization platforms
- (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Tanzu).
- Oversee
Vmware Cloud Foundation (Vcf)
- environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and high availability.
- Support and troubleshoot private cloud infrastructure, including day-to-day operations and disaster recovery.
- Lead
- large-scale migration projects
- between private and public cloud platforms.
- Collaborate on microservices platforms (Kubernetes, VKS, OpenShift) running on private cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Drive platform stability and resilience in production environments.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with
- VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DR, and operations
- .
- Proven background in
- private cloud implementation
- and operational support.
- Intermediate knowledge of
- Azure and AWS
- cloud services.
- Familiarity with microservices and container platforms such as
Kubernetes, VKS, OpenShift

- VMware Certified (VCP or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to work in
- production, mission-critical environments
- with a focus on troubleshooting and stability.

- 13+ years of IT infrastructure experience with a focus on
- virtualization and cloud technologies

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operational challenges.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments and migrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
