Responsibilities
- Perform advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting
- Handle incidents, severity, and root cause analysis
- Lead vendor coordination and incident resolution as senior resource
- Support project and operations teams for network/security issues
- Represent GBM Support Team and assist DIB Infra
- Perform quarterly health checks and present in GBM/DIB monthly meetings
- Available for weekend upgrade activities and prepare upgrade proposals
Requirements
- CCIE Written certification
- Experience with Cisco Nexus & Catalyst switches
- Experience with Cisco SDA / DNAC
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewall & Panorama
- Experience with FortiGate Firewall (mandatory)
- Experience with Load Balancers (Citrix, F5)
- Experience with Cisco ASA & FTD/FMC
- Advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting skills
- Locally available in Dubai preferred
