Role Overview
The VIP Client Concierge manages personalized client requests and coordinates premium service experiences.
The role supports valued clients with tailored lifestyle, hospitality, travel, and business services.
The position requires discretion, responsiveness, organization, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned VIP clients and manage their requests.
- Coordinate personalized services, appointments, reservations, and special arrangements.
- Maintain client profiles, preferences, interaction records, and follow-ups.
- Monitor outstanding requests and coordinate timely responses with relevant teams.
- Resolve routine service concerns and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Collaborate with hospitality, travel, lifestyle, operations, and external service partners.
- Prepare client-service updates, activity summaries, and relationship reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.
