The Role
The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operational activities, coordinates team performance, and ensures business processes run smoothly in a fully remote environment.
The part-time management role supports employees, resolves issues, monitors processes, and identifies opportunities to improve productivity and service standards.
The role works with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain consistent processes and support operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and coordinate team workloads, schedules, assignments, and performance expectations.
- Monitor performance, identify process gaps and service issues, and establish procedures that improve productivity, quality, and consistency.
- Provide operational guidance, problem-solving, and escalation management to team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Track operational metrics, prepare management updates, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and contribute to process improvement projects and new initiatives.
