About the Role
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services across a distributed business environment.
Maintain user access, cloud services, security configurations, collaboration platforms, and productivity tools.
Collaborate with IT teams and business users to resolve issues and improve the digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, roles, and access permissions.
- Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Monitor service health, user issues, and platform performance.
- Troubleshoot account, email, collaboration, and productivity-related incidents.
- Support identity, authentication, security, and access-management requirements.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 configuration changes, migrations, updates, and deployments.
- Maintain administrative documentation, procedures, and technical knowledge resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
