Role Overview
The Relationship Manager manages client relationships, understands evolving customer needs, coordinates solutions, and supports long-term business growth.
The role serves as a trusted point of contact while balancing customer expectations with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and ongoing requirements.
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
- Monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for retention and account growth.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver timely client solutions.
- Maintain client records, interaction histories, follow-up activities, updates, and relationship reports.
- Monitor customer trends and feedback to improve service, customer experience, and business performance.
