Role Overview
Create high-quality visual content that showcases properties, strengthens the brand, and supports lead generation campaigns.
Produce engaging content across digital platforms through video production, photography, editing, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture property walkthrough videos, lifestyle content, and professional property photography.
- Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Record agent branding videos, introductions, testimonials, interviews, and educational content.
- Cover property launches, developer events, exhibitions, corporate events, open houses, and site visits.
- Plan shoots involving camera setup, lighting, framing, audio recording, and equipment management.
- Edit content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, websites, and YouTube.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, color grading, sound design, background music, and visual effects.
- Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams on campaign content.
- Maintain organized libraries of footage, photographs, project files, and creative assets.
- Follow brand guidelines and visual identity while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Stay updated on video production techniques, editing trends, and social media best practices.
