Photographer and Videographer / Arabic Speaker

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Capture property walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and professional property photography.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Record agent branding videos, testimonials, interviews, and educational content.
• Cover property launches, developer events, exhibitions, corporate events, open houses, and site visits.
• Plan shoots and manage camera setup, lighting, framing, audio recording, and equipment.
• Edit videos for social media, campaigns, advertisements, websites, and YouTube.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, color grading, sound design, music, and visual effects.
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams and maintain organized creative assets.
• Follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and keep current with production and social media trends.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, microphones, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, composition, color grading, lighting, and sound design.
• Ability to create engaging content optimized for social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle content experience is preferred.
• Drone videography and aerial photography knowledge is preferred.
• Experience creating video advertisements for major digital platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation is preferred.
• Basic Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop skills are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.

Workplace and Employment

• The position is full-time.
• Work location is in person.
