Role Overview
Experienced Project Manager role within a project management consultancy specializing in real estate developments.
Projects include private villas, residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across the full lifecycle from feasibility through turnkey delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-end villa projects.
- Control project programs, budgets, quality, scope, cash flows, and schedules.
- Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and commercial exposure.
- Manage tendering, bid evaluation, and contractor appointment processes.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Lead governance meetings, decision-making, formal minutes, and executive reporting.
- Oversee site performance through reviews and delegated inspections.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation, and support dispute avoidance and resolution.
- Prepare feasibility studies and provide development advisory input.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, authority requirements, and NOC conditions.
- Lead and coordinate engineers, consultants, and support staff.
- Make timely decisions and adapt project strategies to changing conditions.
Qualifications
- FIDIC experience is mandatory.
- Arabic language capability is required.
- At least 8 to 12 years of total experience; the opening text specifies a minimum of 10 years.
- At least 4 years of project management experience, including experience in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and private villa developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and Dubai authority approval processes.
- PMP certification and an architectural engineering background are preferred.
- Project Management Consultancy experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 18,000 to AED 25,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person and includes oversight of construction site performance.
