Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and the marketing team to transform design concepts into compelling visual stories
- Plan, organize, and execute professional video shoots for completed projects, projects under construction, and conceptual presentations
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, filming schedules, and production plans aligned with project objectives and company branding
- Capture premium quality footage of interiors, exteriors, architectural details, materials, finishes, and surrounding environments using professional production equipment
- Apply advanced cinematography techniques, including composition, framing, camera movement, lighting, and visual storytelling to showcase architectural excellence
- Style and prepare project spaces before filming and photography to ensure the highest visual standards
- Produce high quality architectural and interior photography for marketing campaigns, presentations, publications, social media, and corporate communications
- Create architectural walkthrough videos, project showcases, promotional campaigns, social media content, corporate videos, and executive presentations
- Edit and produce polished video content, including sequencing, color correction, color grading, sound design, audio mixing, subtitles, visual effects, and motion graphics
- Professionally edit and retouch photographs for both digital and print media
- Support the creation of visualization content by integrating architectural renderings, 3D models, animations, and presentation materials where required
- Coordinate production logistics, including location planning, site access, equipment preparation, and shoot schedules
Requirements
- 6–10 years of professional experience in videography
- Minimum 6 years of professional photography experience with strong expertise in architectural and interior photography
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing both videography and photography work with emphasis on architecture and interior design
- Advanced knowledge of cinematography, lighting design, composition, camera operation, and professional production workflows
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly creative and technically accomplished Videographer to produce premium visual content that captures the design intent, spatial experience, and unique character of architectural and interior design projects.
- This role is responsible for planning, filming, editing, and delivering high quality visual assets that support project documentation, brand storytelling, digital marketing, and business development initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of professional experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of professional experience in videography, preferably within architecture, interior design, luxury real estate, engineering consultancy, or the built environment sector.
- Minimum 6 years of professional photography experience with strong expertise in architectural and interior photography.
- Demonstrated experience producing premium architectural walkthroughs, project documentaries, promotional films, and corporate brand videos.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing both videography and photography work, with a strong emphasis on architecture and interior design projects.
- Advanced knowledge of cinematography, lighting design, composition, camera operation, and professional production workflows.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve and other professional post production software is considered an advantage.
- Professional drone operation experience; valid drone certification or licensing is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of architectural drawings, design visualization, renderings, and 3D presentation workflows is preferred.
- Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
