- Lead the overall operations of the UAE office
- Establish clear objectives and performance expectations across all departments
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects
- Translate strategic objectives from the UAE office into operational execution
- Ensure all project deliverables meet Imperium standards
- Oversee implementation of QA/QC procedures
- Monitor staffing requirements and allocate resources based on project workload
- Monitor departmental productivity and support budget planning
- Participate in approved marketing and social media content
- Support UAE leadership during major client engagements
- Develop office procedures and workflows
- Identify operational, commercial, contractual, and project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related discipline; MBA is advantageous
- Minimum 15 years of experience within Architecture, Interior Design or Design & Build
- Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership position
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong experience delivering luxury residential projects
- Experience managing Architecture, Interior Design, Structural and MEP teams
- Previous experience working with GCC or UAE projects is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in operational leadership and organizational management
- Strong business and operational management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- We are hiring for a General Manager who is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and strategic management of Imperium Group's UAE offices.
- The role ensures that all departments operate efficiently, projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, and the Cairo office functions as a seamless extension of the UAE headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations of the UAE office.

- Promote accountability, professionalism and operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and high performing workplace culture.
- Translate strategic objectives from the UAE office into operational execution.
- Ensure all departments remain aligned with company priorities.
- Participate in senior management meetings.
- Provide operational recommendations to improve business performance.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet Imperium standards.
- Oversee implementation of QA/QC procedures.
- Monitor technical accuracy and documentation quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related discipline. MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 15 years of experience within Architecture, Interior Design or Design & Build and a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership position.
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong experience delivering luxury residential projects.
- Experience managing Architecture, Interior Design, Structural and MEP teams.
