Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and job briefing through offer management and onboarding
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand business objectives and define hiring requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions aligned with organizational needs
- Source high caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent for critical and future hiring requirements
- Conduct structured competency based interviews to evaluate technical capability, cultural fit, communication skills, and leadership potential
- Present detailed candidate assessments and recruitment recommendations to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Lead salary discussions and offer negotiations in line with company guidelines and market benchmarks
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for strategic and hard to fill positions
- Produce recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience within the UAE
- Proven experience recruiting across technical, engineering, architecture, design, commercial, corporate, and executive level positions
- Experience working within consultancy, construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, or luxury industries is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and leading recruitment platforms
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and recruitment regulations

Qualifications
