Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high quality videos for real estate properties, project launches, events, and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Conduct property walkthroughs, drone shoots (if licensed), and lifestyle video productions
- Edit videos with transitions, effects, subtitles, motion graphics, and sound enhancements
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content strategies
- Ensure all video content aligns with company branding and quality standards
- Manage and organize video footage, project files, and content archives
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and social media trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
- Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and content trends
- Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Knowledge of drone videography is an advantage
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
