- Create high quality video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Visit properties and project sites to capture professional content
- Plan, shoot, and edit reels, short form videos, property tours, and lifestyle content
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote property listings and projects
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and content descriptions
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
- Stay updated with the latest social media and content creation trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media content production
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Experience creating reels, TikToks, and short form video content
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
