Job Description
- We are looking for Female Property Advisor. We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Real Estate Agents, Property Consultants, and Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Calling on fresh leads from marketing team
- Good knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market.
- Making regular visits to all developers' offices.
- Attending client meetings.
- Establish professional and effective communication.
- Creating Sales/Business Development Strategies to Boost Business Volumes
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive and self motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
