- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaigns
- Monitor trends and create relevant content to increase engagement and brand awareness
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote real estate projects and listings
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and lead generation activities
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Work with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high quality content
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management
- Experience in real estate marketing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social media trends
- Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and content writing skills in English
- Ability to create, edit, and publish video content
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns is an advantage
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
