- Edit daily short form videos for TikTok & Reels
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, sound effects & trending audio
- Optimize pacing and storytelling for retention
- Repurpose long form or live content into snackable edits
- Collaborate closely on iterations with Creator & Director
Requirements
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects / VN
- Strong understanding of retention mechanics and short form editing style
- Experience with UGC or creator style editing preferred
- Portfolio required
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE (valid UAE work visa)
- Must be legally allowed to create branded content in the UAE
- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in shoots when required
- Open to being featured as part of Reckitt brand content during the contract duration
- Must comply with UAE regulations and Reckitt brand safety guidelines
- Basic hands on comfort with mobile/DSLR cameras, lighting setups, on set content production

Your responsibilities
- Edit daily short form videos for TikTok & Reels.
- Add: + Captions + Hooks + Transitions + Sound effects & trending audio
- Optimize pacing and storytelling for retention.
- Repurpose long form or live content into snackable edits.
- Collaborate closely on iterations with Creator & Director.
The experience we're looking for
- Proficiency in tools like: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects / VN
- Strong understanding of: Retention mechanics, Short form editing style
- Experience with UGC or creator style editing preferred.
- Portfolio required.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE (valid UAE work visa).

- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in shoots when required.

- Basic hands on comfort with: Mobile/DSLR cameras, Lighting setups, On set content production
