Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role creates visual content showcasing luxury listings and real estate investment opportunities.
The editor collaborates with marketing and sales teams on video concepts and brand consistency.
Core Responsibilities
- Edit property tours, client testimonials, promotional videos, and social media reels.
- Organize footage and apply transitions, effects, color grading, and sound synchronization.
- Create basic motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, logo animations, and related visual elements.
- Export videos in optimized formats for various platforms.
- Manage media assets and maintain an organized file structure.
- Stay current with visual trends in real estate marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including shoot planning, footage organization, and camera basics.
- Advanced video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or another industry-standard editor.
- Video color grading skills are required for consistent luxury property content.
- Motion graphics and graphics skills are required for titles, lower thirds, logo animations, and simple visuals.
- Prior real estate or property-related video experience and strong visual storytelling are relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Attention to detail and time management skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams is beneficial.
- English proficiency is beneficial, and Arabic language skills are a plus.
