Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction, maintenance, or fit-out work for safety, schedule, quality, and company-guideline compliance.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, manage work schedules, and supervise site staff.
• Verify compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, document progress, address operational issues, and report status updates to management.
• Support client visits, maintain high property presentation standards, and improve on-site processes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong site supervision skills covering daily operations, staff oversight, and contractor management.
• Knowledge of property, construction, or fit-out processes, including quality control, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Professional English fluency and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organizational and time-management abilities covering scheduling, prioritization, and basic reporting.
• Relevant experience in real estate, facilities management, construction supervision, or a related UAE field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with basic office and project tools; familiarity with real estate or project management software is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience, in construction management, civil engineering, real estate, or a related discipline.
