Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager and Content Creator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role promotes luxury properties, off-plan projects, and brand campaigns through social media strategy and digital content.
The position collaborates with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and consistent digital messaging.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos aligned with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
- Manage social media calendars and optimize posts for reach and engagement.
- Monitor analytics and respond to comments and messages to build community.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation.
- Capture property highlights and maintain consistent messaging across digital channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media marketing and social media optimization across multiple platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong content strategy and writing skills for campaign planning and compelling captions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with basic photo and video editing tools, social media analytics, and content scheduling platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience in real estate, luxury brands, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
- Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese language skills are a plus.
