Responsibilities

• Plan, edit, and assemble video content.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on project requirements.
• Organize raw footage and maintain an efficient asset library.
• Apply transitions, sound, basic effects, color grading, motion graphics, and property information overlays.
• Prepare platform-specific video versions.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve audience engagement and video storytelling.

Qualifications and skills

• Strong video editing and video production skills are required.
• Proficiency in video color grading, motion graphics, and graphics is required.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is required.
• Understanding of social media platforms and video formats used in real estate marketing is required.
• Attention to detail, visual storytelling, communication, collaboration, and deadline management are required.
• A relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
• Prior real estate, architecture, or lifestyle video experience is an advantage.

Workplace

• The role is on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
