Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its real estate team in Dubai.
The source also identifies the role as Business Development Executive - Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead generation.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and arrange property meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain client records and update the CRM regularly.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate or business development and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling clients.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.
- Arabic and Malayalam are preferred languages.
Location
- The stated role location is Dubai.
