IND Global Realty is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate for its real estate team.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Arrange client meetings and property or site visits.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with property consultants.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in the CRM.
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Dubai or UAE real estate.
- Experience in business development, telecalling, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and speaking with clients.
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent English is required, while additional languages are advantageous.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
