We are looking for a
Business Development Associate
to join our real estate brokerage team.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales and
cold-calling experience
, with a passion for business development and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through
cold calling and lead generation
- Connect with potential clients and understand their property requirements
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote and present suitable real estate projects and properties
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales – Mandatory
- Sales experience is mandatory
- Cold-calling experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Multiple language skills are highly preferred
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Candidates who can join immediately
are preferred
- Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred
