About the Role
The employer provides commercial and residential valuation services in Dubai.
The Valuations Administrator supports the valuation team and helps ensure valuation processes operate smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer RFPs by collating and formatting documents.
- Type, collate, bind, and proofread valuation reports.
- Prepare terms of engagement and valuation fee quotations.
- Prepare invoices, manage fee analysis logs, and follow up on outstanding client fees.
- Manage quotation benchmarking systems and digital filing for valuation teams.
- Perform data entry in in-house valuation trackers.
- Manage cheque collection and write receipts for valuation clients.
- Coordinate valuer inspections and handle ad hoc team requests.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least three years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Real estate experience is highly advantageous.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to sustain client and team relationships are required.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive nature are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- The ability to work independently with responsibility is required.
