Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
- Conduct property market appraisals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Stay current with property market insights and trends.
- Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships.
Requirements
- Have a background in sales or client-facing work, including real estate, car sales, recruitment, cabin crew, or luxury retail.
- Show genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow industry knowledge.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, energetic, and collaborative.
- Be fluent in English.
- Hold a valid driving license.
Compensation
- Commission of up to 70% is paid monthly.
- The role offers uncapped earning potential.
