About the role
Lead end-to-end post-contract commercial and procurement services across interior fit-out projects.
Manage delivery from subcontractor procurement and package award through valuations, cost control, variations, and final account close-out.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, quality, and profitability in line with client requirements and applicable regulations.
Leadership and team management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Senior, Intermediate, and Junior Quantity Surveyors across live fit-out projects.
- Allocate project and package responsibilities and monitor deliverables against procurement and construction programmes.
- Coordinate with project managers, site managers, design teams, procurement, and other disciplines.
Procurement and subcontractors
- Own and review procurement strategies and package splits for joinery, MEP, flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, glazing, finishes, signage, and loose FF&E.
- Manage enquiries, tender clarifications, tender analysis, negotiations, and subcontract awards.
- Review BOQs, schedules of rates, scope matrices, and pricing schedules for measurement accuracy and completeness.
