What you will do
- Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
- Conduct property market appraisals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Stay current with market insights and trends.
- Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships.
What you will need
- A strong background in sales or client-facing roles, including real estate, car sales, recruitment, cabin crew, or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow your knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach.
- Fluent English.
- A valid driving license.
Compensation and support
- Up to 70% commission paid monthly with uncapped earning potential.
- Unlimited portal spend across Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Unlimited premium listing upgrades and access to exclusive projects and high-value stock.
- Property data, market insights, full marketing support, and administrative support are provided.
- Ongoing training, mentorship, and support are available.
