Role Overview
The Validation Lead supports modular and services scopes of work.
Modular work is delivered through dedicated vendors, while services are delivered through certified contractor partners and an in-house contracting team.
The role ensures accurate inputs are provided to vendor partners and captured from customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Validate drawings, bills of quantities, and site conditions.
- Understand drawings across modular and non-modular kitchen and workspace, furniture, civil, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Verify quantities for each line item in the BOQ.
- Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.
- Highlight missing line items in the BOQ.
- Finalize the BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and completing thorough site validation.
- Provide error-free validation reports within the provided SLA.
Requirements
- Ability to understand drawings across modular and non-modular kitchen, workspace, furniture, civil, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Ability to verify quantities for each line item in the bill of quantities.
- Ability to identify design discrepancies and anticipate execution risks.
