Role Overview
Livspace is seeking a General Manager for Casantro to own regional revenue, drive design excellence, and scale growth.
The role owns overall regional business and people metrics and serves as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace.
What You Will Own
- Drive regional revenue and use qualitative and quantitative analysis for business decisions.
- Own product launches, process improvements, and category expansion.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a city team including business and design managers, territory area managers, designers, DPs, and LPs.
- Own design closure quality for kitchens, wardrobes, storage, furniture, decor, and home improvement services.
- Drive timely design sign-offs, snag-free or error-free designs, category penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture or Design.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- 6 to 7+ years of experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Experience managing revenue-generating teams operationally or selling design products or services through designers.
- Direct team reporting experience is required.
- Ability to hire, retain, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical capability, knowledge of interior fit-out processes and market trends, attention to detail, and a structured startup-ready mindset.
