Role summary
Lead transportation excellence across the business as part of the Supply Chain and Operations team.
Manage end-to-end logistics operations, timely shipment movement, transportation costs, and logistics partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transportation planning and execution across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and D2C channels.
- Manage vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and delivery performance.
- Develop and manage logistics vendor relationships across regions.
- Drive freight negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, customer experience, procurement, and finance teams.
- Manage proof-of-delivery tracking, billing verification, reconciliation, and vendor settlements.
- Drive process improvements, SOP implementation, and operational efficiency.
Ideal candidate profile
- 6–10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, e-commerce, or consumer durables.
- Strong expertise in logistics partner management, freight operations, and cost optimization.
- Experience managing large-scale transportation operations across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
