Responsibilities
- Answer calls and emails to guide customers about Livspace design services and products according to SLA and TAT.
- Assist customers while they shop online and guide them on suitable design products for their homes.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, comments, and inquiries.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure action is taken on customer requests and complaints.
- Escalate unresolved requests and pass grievances to higher departments for investigation and clarification.
- Make reminder calls, send follow-up emails, and schedule customer appointments.
- Conduct feedback calls with customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
