Role overview
Shape the user experience for an Agentic Service Catalog.
Combine user research, product design, and front-end engineering to create AI-powered experiences.
Report to the VP of Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms.
What you'll do
- Conduct research into user needs, challenges, and workflows.
- Design intuitive experiences that help users achieve outcomes confidently.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design patterns.
- Build production-ready front-end experiences with modern web technologies such as React and TypeScript.
- Partner across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
- Continuously improve experiences using research, feedback, and data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Experience designing and delivering experiences for complex software products, technical platforms, developer tools, or enterprise workflows.
- Strong capability in user research and product design, including interviews, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, usability testing, prototyping, interaction design, and iterative validation.
- Ability to translate complex technical workflows into intuitive experiences without hiding information users need for informed decisions.
