Role Overview
Partner with the Regional Sales Director and internal teams to build strong Experian Health client relationships.
Lead ongoing client success by overseeing product performance, monitoring account health, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Report to the Senior Director of Client Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, support issue resolution, align goals, and deliver product enhancements.
- Lead Client Business Reviews, communicate return on investment, document action items, and outline future strategies.
- Conduct Workflow Assessments involving planning sessions, user shadowing, recommendations, documentation, and presentations.
- Guide clients from implementation to ongoing account management.
- Partner with Support, Product, and Development to resolve service tickets and improve the client experience.
- Support renewals, revenue retention, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor product usage, provide configuration guidance, gather NPS feedback, and maintain Salesforce account documentation.
- Meet performance metrics and KPIs for assigned accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
