Role overview
Join Experian's Technology Team as a Senior Salesforce Developer supporting transformational change in Customer Servicing.
Deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications that improve customer and colleague experiences.
Lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with UK stakeholders while remaining hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Translate user stories into technical solutions and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Work with Product Owners and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
- Own production issues and ensure resolution within SLAs.
- Collaborate with UK business and technology teams and communicate technical updates clearly.
- Liaise with Salesforce on technical issues and product capabilities.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends and share updates with the team.
- Develop proofs of concept for new features and integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and guide best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior developer role.
