About the Role

Product Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through implementation and optimization.
• Drive product vision and experience strategy across key customer journeys.
• Define user journeys, workflows, interaction models, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed interaction specifications.
• Ensure experiences are accessible, scalable, and consistent across platforms.

Research and Collaboration

• Partner with researchers, product managers, and stakeholders to uncover user needs and opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions and validate concepts.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Business teams.
• Present design rationale to senior leadership and facilitate alignment around product priorities.

Product Impact

• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, efficiency, satisfaction, and task completion.
• Contribute to product strategy and long-term roadmap discussions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and interaction patterns for innovative product experiences.
• Balance customer value, feasibility, and business impact in design decisions.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and launching successful digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem solving.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
• Strong cross-functional product experience and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, data-informed design, and design systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing data-driven or highly personalized digital experiences.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and evolving interaction models.
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, property technology, fintech, or consumer platforms.
• Experience contributing to product strategy, innovation initiatives, and customer-centric experimentation.
