Work Arrangement

  • The role is remote from India.

Role Overview

Support Endur enhancement, upgrade and transformation initiatives.

Work with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk and Operations.

Translate complex trading requirements into scalable Endur solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and contribute technical expertise during solution design workshops.
  • Design, develop, configure and enhance Endur applications, workflows and integrations.
  • Support Endur upgrades, remediation and platform optimization.
  • Create technical documentation, design specifications and implementation artifacts.
  • Support testing, defect triage, UAT and production releases.
  • Maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve Endur utilization.

Required Experience

  • Strong Endur development experience in energy trading, commodities or financial markets.
  • Deep technical and functional understanding of the Endur platform.
  • Experience delivering Endur enhancements, customizations, integrations or upgrade programs.
  • Understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk and Operations workflows.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments and with SQL and Excel for analysis, troubleshooting and validation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Large-scale Endur upgrade or remediation program experience.
  • Exposure to OpenJVS, OpenComponents, AVS, Endur integrations and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience working across distributed or global teams.
  • Knowledge of Energy Trading and Risk Management processes.
  • Business Analysis or Agile certifications.
