UX Designer (m/f/d)

About the Role

Product Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through implementation and optimization.
• Drive product vision and experience strategy across key customer journeys.
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, impactful solutions.
• Define user journeys, workflows, interaction models, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed interaction specifications.
• Ensure experiences are accessible, scalable, and consistent across platforms.

Research and Validation

• Partner with researchers, product managers, and stakeholders to uncover user needs and opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
• Validate concepts through rapid experimentation and iterative design.

Collaboration and Strategy

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Business teams.
• Facilitate alignment around user needs and product priorities.
• Present design rationale effectively to senior leadership.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap discussions, and a collaborative user-centred culture.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and interaction patterns while balancing customer value, feasibility, and business impact.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and launching successful digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem-solving.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
• Strong cross-functional product team experience and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-informed design practices.
• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing data-driven or highly personalised digital experiences.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and evolving interaction models.
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, property technology, fintech, or consumer platforms.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and innovation initiatives.
