The position is a SharePoint Online Developer focused on Power Platform and administration.
The role combines development, administration, business process automation, governance, security, and performance management across Microsoft 365.
SharePoint Online Development
- Design and develop SharePoint Online Team Sites and Communication Sites.
- Customize solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Create and manage lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
- Build custom web parts and extensions for business requirements.
- Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Power Apps Development
- Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and responsive application layouts.
- Connect applications to SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources.
- Implement business logic using Power Fx.
- Optimize application performance, usability, and adoption.
Power Automate and Administration
- Design automated workflows and business process automations.
- Automate approvals, notifications, and data synchronization processes.
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and third-party platforms.
- Manage permissions, governance, access controls, storage, licensing, and usage.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Six to eight years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Proven expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of SPFx development.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience delivering scalable business solutions in enterprise environments.
