UX Designer (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through implementation and optimization.
• Drive product vision and experience strategy across key customer journeys.
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive solutions and define journeys, workflows, interaction models, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed interaction specifications for accessible, scalable, and consistent experiences.
• Conduct workshops, customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights, rapid experimentation, and iterative design to validate concepts.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, Business, research, and product management teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, communicate design rationale to senior leadership, and support a collaborative user-centred culture.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions and evaluate emerging technologies and interaction patterns.
• Balance customer value, feasibility, and business impact in design decisions.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and launching successful digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem solving.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
• Strong experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-informed design practices.
• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing data-driven or highly personalized digital experiences is preferred.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and evolving interaction models is preferred.
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, property technology, fintech, or consumer platforms is preferred.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and innovation initiatives is preferred.
• Passion for customer-centric design and experimentation is preferred.
