- Source and procure used serviceable material and new engine components to support engine programs and inventory strategies
- Evaluate engine teardown opportunities, including cost benefit analysis, yield assessments, and timing
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory performance, identify opportunities to optimise stock levels, reduce obsolescence, and improve asset value
- Develop valuation models and analyse market data to support procurement decisions and pricing strategies
- Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and finance teams to align sourcing activity with business objectives
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in aviation procurement, USM, or engine materials within an MRO or aftermarket environment
- Strong understanding of engine components, LLPs, teardown processes, and asset valuation
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and inventory optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Role Overview
- As a USM Specialist, your role will be analytical, commercially driven, and operationally critical.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
