- Leverage an existing industry network to generate consistent deal flow
- Support broader fleet growth and capital deployment initiatives
Requirements
- Proven origination experience within aircraft leasing, trading, or aviation finance
- Strong exposure to mid life widebody and narrowbody markets
- Demonstrated ability to close transactions independently
- Established relationships across airlines, lessors, OEMs, and intermediaries
- Prior engagement across emerging markets (MEA preferred)
- Legal right to work within the region (visa sponsorship not available)

Role Overview
- PPR have a new VP commercial role for an active aircraft leasing platform seeking to expand its origination capability.
- This is a deal led role for an individual with a strong track record of sourcing and executing opportunities across the aircraft leasing and trading market, with a particular emphasis on Middle East and Africa activity.
- The successful candidate will focus on originating and closing transactions across mid life aviation assets, including Airbus A330 family, Boeing 737 NG, and associated engine opportunities.

- Sourcing off market and bilateral opportunities across airlines, lessors, and trading counterparties
- Structuring and executing: Aircraft acquisitions, Lease placements, Sales and trading transactions
- Leading deals through the full lifecycle, working closely with internal technical, legal, and finance functions
- Leveraging an existing industry network to generate consistent deal flow
- Supporting broader fleet growth and capital deployment initiatives
Requirements
- Proven origination experience within aircraft leasing, trading, or aviation finance
- Strong exposure to mid life widebody and narrowbody markets
- Demonstrated ability to close transactions independently
- Established relationships across airlines, lessors, OEMs, and intermediaries
- Comfortable operating in a fast moving, opportunistic investment environment
- Prior engagement across emerging markets (MEA preferred)
- Location: Middle East or Africa (flexible within region)
- Candidates must already have the legal right to work within the region – visa sponsorship is not available
