- Support the management of engine and component assets, including acquisitions, teardowns, repairs, and end of life asset strategies
- Monitor engine teardown programs and repair events, tracking costs, timelines, yields, and commercial outcomes
- Coordinate with MRO providers, repair vendors, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure efficient asset transitions and material movement
- Prepare asset valuations, financial models, and commercial analyses to support trading, leasing, and investment decisions
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports covering repair performance, asset status, costs, and component sales activity
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to enhance portfolio performance
- Assist with supplier quotations, bid evaluations, and commercial proposals related to engine and component transactions
- Ensure all asset management activities comply with company procedures, contractual obligations, and industry standards
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in aviation asset management, engine leasing, MRO operations, engine/component trading, or a related aviation aftermarket role
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of aircraft engines, component management, repairs, teardowns, and aftermarket processes
- Experience supporting asset valuation, financial analysis, business reporting, or commercial decision making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced aviation environment

Role Overview
- As a Powerplant Asset Management Specialist, your role will be analytical & commercially focused. You will be responsible for supporting the management of a global portfolio of aircraft engines and components, driving asset value, and coordinating activities across the engine aftermarket lifecycle.
