The Role
- UX/UI hybrid design role supporting a business banking transformation programme
- End-to-end product design including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
- Working within agile delivery teams across multiple workstreams
- Designing for complex enterprise banking systems and workflows
- Producing user-centred design solutions aligned to business banking needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and developers
- Supporting iterative design improvements based on user and business feedback
- Contributing to large-scale digital transformation delivery
Skills Needed
- Strong UX/UI design experience across digital products
- Background in financial services / banking environments
- Experience in business banking or corporate banking preferred
- Ability to work on complex enterprise-level systems
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar modern design tools)
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
