Job Title & Industry

  • Contract Duration: 12 months rolling
  • Location: UAE
  • Monthly Rate: 45,000 – 48,000 AED per month

The Role

  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts across government, semi government, and large enterprise sectors in the UAE.
  • Act as the main client interface for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and delivery sponsors.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities spanning digital transformation, customer experience, service design, and custom platform projects.
  • Lead or support development of proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and statements of work.
  • Translate client needs into clear scopes, deliverables, timelines, and commercial structures alongside experience, design, technology, and delivery teams.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal delivery teams, monitoring progress, risks, and milestones to keep projects on track.
  • Support governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.
  • Contribute to shaping client solutions across digital products, portals, customer journeys, and operating models.

Skills Needed

  • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
  • 10+ years in account management, client management, business development, or digital transformation delivery.
  • Strong track record working with government or semi government clients in the UAE.
  • Experience with large UAE brands, authorities, ministries, developers, or financial institutions.
  • Background in digital transformation, experience consulting, customer experience, or custom built digital platforms.
  • Strong proposal development, project scoping, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and support revenue growth.
  • Confident, client facing presence with strong commercial awareness.
