Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end UX/UI design process from discovery through delivery
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing
- Create user journeys, personas, process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile banking products
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into user focused solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and banking compliance requirements
- Analyze user feedback and platform performance data to drive continuous improvements
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within fintech, banking, financial services, or other complex digital platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing end to end product design work across web and mobile applications
- Expertise in user centered design methodologies and design thinking principles
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must have own freelance visa

About the Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a high impact digital transformation project within the business banking sector.
- You will play a key role in designing intuitive, user centric experiences for a modern business banking platform used by SMEs, corporate clients, and internal banking teams.
Responsibilities

- Salary: AED 25,000 per month
